Parents Accused of Child Endangerment | News
Two people are behind bars in Bradford County accused of doing drugs while caring for their 11-month-old baby.
Troopers were called Tuesday morning to a home on Yale Road near Sayre.
Joseph and Amanda Vandyke of Sayre were arrested after police said they were under the influence of the designer drug known as bath salts.
The child was taken from the home and is being cared for by a grandparent.
